Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stacking Cups.
We will offer an exchange if an item has a reasonable amount of defect within 7 days. To be eligible, your defective item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received. We will not proceed with the exchange if the returned item that appears to be worn, used or washed.

All items bought on reduced prices are final, and are not eligible for exchange or refunds.

Customer will bear all return-mail postage charges and shipping costs are non-refundable.
